Online Student Registration Form

Please read these instructions carefully and completely. You may want to print a copy of this page for your reference.

When you have completed the registration form, click the "submit and pay by PayPal" button. You will be taken to the next step of the registration process where you will be required to make a PayPal payment in the amount of $100 to secure your place in the class. This deposit is non-refundable. If you would prefer to have a live person call you so that you can register and pay by credit card over the phone, e-mail carol@piercingacademy.com.

By clicking the submit button, you acknowledging that you understand that your deposit is non-refundable, you are reserving your space in this Piercing Academy class, and you agree to make your scheduled tuition payments according to one of the Tuition and Payment Plans listed on the "Classes" page at this site. Refer to the "Classes" page for payment plan options. In all cases, the first $250 is non-refundable if you decide not to attend a specific class. Once you have started the class, the entire amount is non-refundable.

Remaining payments can be made in person at the Piercing Academy office (1502 Broadway) between 8 am and 4 pm. Successive payments must be cash, money order, or cashiers check only. Mailed payments should go to:

Upon completion of the online registration process, you will need to schedule an interview with Carol by e-mailing carol@piercingacademy.com. You will need to be prepared to provide proof of Hep B vaccination and your driver's license for proof of age (you must be 18 or older. No exceptions.)

Students must have tuition paid in full one week before class starts. All jewelry, tools, and consumable supplies are supplied by The Piercing Academy.
